There is no way of playing with your friends in Lockdown unless they are in the same guild and you also have 6 people ready to play. What if I have friends outside my guild? There ought to be some way to allow me to play with my friends. That's half the fun of playing video games!

If you could play lockdown with friends, it would get farmed easily.
So I doubt Three Rings will do this.

Yes, being able to choose teams could cause a lot of problems, however if you didn't get any krogmo coins and the crown sink was increased, then people would be playing for fun. An option for having fun seems like a good thing to me.

You sort of can right now. Have your friends tell you when a game is restarting, then click to play just before it starts. Depends on tier of course - works for T1 & T2, which are less popular.

That way you don't get a team comprised of 90% organized vs. no organized.

For T3 this method seems to work best for my friends and I:
Someone says "now" and everyone queues up at the same time.
Hopefully we enter a game to hold all 3 of us. Queuing up when someone finishes a round is hard to judge since there are so many people waiting in line at a time.

Maybe they shouldn't allow you to pick the team you're playing against. I just want my friends to be on my team! And maybe you could argue that with such a good team, you're guaranteed to win. Well I believe that winning Lockdown awards you with what? 280 crowns? So 80 crowns profit per game is actually horrible.

I tried it witha friend of mine.
We clicked play teams at the same time, and we ended up in the same game together :)
I also have noted this, especially if you know your friends would somehow make a very complementary team, that is to say all members would very much know who would be guardian, striker, recon, and also a good guess at how these people would use them, especially if you had met that friend IN lock down.
Not to mention it is often fun to discuss past adventures with comrades and it would be much easier if all those talking had actually been at the same event
