A small suggestion would be to, instead of waiting around for the right gate to come up, charge the players 500-1000 crowns to rotate to the next gate in the lines order? perhaps only let them do it once? or until they hit the gate they want. It would make a lot more sense, because people wait around for arena gates to make money, so why not force them to pay a lil of that back?
Crown payment instead of time.

Wouldn't really work unless you removed the ability for players to tell which gate level was next, because I feel given the option between losing crowns or time most people would still opt to wait.

There's a lot of players
There's a lot of players around that don't even think before spending cr/ce. I myself find myself doing that way to often. Adding such an option would be another great way of slowly syphoning away "unneeded wealth"... the "bored endgame players" that have overcome their UV-gremlin addiction and the "fully automatic PvP res clicking" before they were broke need more stuff to spend cr/ce on. I'd gladly spend ce/cr to rotate away those boring/annoying lvls and I'd do it a lot more often than I'd *wait* for the next rotation.

I love this idea. Nice little crown sink for the people who don't want to wait.
I don't know about the rest of you, but I absolutely hate waiting and being in groups where someone insists on it. I'd rather be playing - and I'd pay crowns to jump ahead to a level I love like Jelly Farm or Concrete Blvd. :)

I'm starting to imagine 2 people fighting over a gate, constantly paying for it to change........unless party leaders are the only one that can pay.
And still that could bring up a new way of trolling: spending crowns to bring bad levels.
