If you plan to do both, you'd better make a Skolver with that, then make a Vog Cub with a more suited UV (like shadow).
Else, just do a Vog Cub, an UV is still better than nothing.
I could be wrong, but I don't think it's enough to warrant using that as the only reason to go one way or the other.
I think you should still just pick one based purely on your gear and what you wanna do in SK.
