what next ash tail or levithain blade (sry if i spell wrong i aint very good at it)
now this is for general use not anything special because i only have one of each class other than swords guns and bombs i have already got ascended calibur and dusker so its up to you tottaly but i have heard one person say to me defence is everything and it is half true
what should i craft next

that's reasonable, but
Bigfootm's advice is astute, but I'll make a couple of remarks. First, double piercing protection is fine for the Royal Jelly Palace, which might be where you spend a lot of time these days? Second, once you have one piece of Vog Cub and one piece of Ash Tail, you have pretty good armor; I would upgrade the sword at that point, then upgrade the Ash Tail to Skolver.
Get a piece of Vog, then get a piece of skolver, then your Levi.
I say this order because if you get a Skolver piece first, you'd have double piercing which is a no-no for everywhere. I say Levi last, because the damage increase isn't that much.
