Lord Vanaduke has disappeared during the first stage of the fight. We have sent bug reports in game but we havent had any response yet.

What do you have to do top get a GM in for future reference, and yes it did happen because of freeze chaining (but freeze is ftw in there tbh).
Is there anything that can be done or not?

Theres a support option under
Theres a support option under the Gear Icon in the upper left that opens the support portal. I can't think of the layout at the moment, but it should something like "in-game support".
Bug reports don't summon GMs, theres a separate ticket system for that. But anyway, it happens rarely if you try to ice lock him using freeze bombs.
