I'd offer 5kce. Wouldn't expect you to get much more tbh, Ele Max bomber gear doesn't seem to go for much since most bombers value status resist UVs over defensive ones (For reference I got my Ele Max Mad Bomber Suit for just 9kce, and that was only due t it having multiple bidders). Although I suppose if you got multiple bidders one upping each other you could get 6k-7k with a bit of luck.
