Second time and currently am stuck on the elevator on floor 19.

All UIs are responsive. I can move my cursor and everything but the graphic for go down and up doesn't appear.

Some pertinent information:

I'm a steam user and all my weapons are lvl 10 -no heat graphic as I step on the vator
