No.
No, only 2 star and below don't exceed the 100 mist.
3 star recipes exceed 100 mist, they're 200.
No recipes are only 100, just below and up.

Ah, nice simple question. Not ALL hope is lost.
All three-star recipes and below can be used within the 100-energy cap. It's only when you reach four-star and above that the energy exceeds what's available through mist.
