I have tried purchasing CE and every time it tells me there's a stray snipe in the gears, and they are working on fixing the issue, and that my account has not been charged. I'm playing through steam, not sure if that's an issue.

Also, if you've purchased a special pack (starter pack/battle pack) before and it hasn't cleared those options from the purchase list, you won't be able to buy them again. What amount of CE are you trying to buy?
I was trying to buy just a standard $25 pack. Neither of the starter packs show up any longer since I purchased them. Just mildly annoying that I can't buy mass keys like I wanted to right after I got my paycheck haha
This tends to crop up from time to time. Though this appears to largely be a Steam related issue, though if you mail support about billing they may have some advice for you.
