Okay, I'm not sure how to go about this... but I'll try.

Due to the fact that not all of us are on the same time zones, some of us sometimes have to conduct trades through mail. This imbues an element of trust, and is rather risky.

This is just one of the situations where you were either stunned by the trust or (hopefully not) the low-down scamming some people will do. I am basically making a thread for a "good" list and a "bad" list. One is for vouches, and the other is for... dis-vouches? See, this is the part I need help on. This is basically a tool for people to go to before they sell or buy from a player. Hopefully we can cut down on scamming, and bring up good deeds.

Hopefully this will eventually become sticky.

This is still very much in development. Just some rules to start out:

1. If you are EVER caught vouching (or dis-vouching if you're weird), both known accounts will be put on the Bad list, and the fact will be made public for everyone to see.
2. Anyone on the bad list is not allowed to vouch/disvouch someone else.
3. Please only tickets and suggestions for development. Don't turn this into a flame war!
4. I don't really know how to go about with appeals.
5. There is currently no reward for being on the good list with a certain number of points (see below... not sure if that's a good point system, as it benefits rich players), as I have barely any money as it is, but if someone wanted to take up that responsibility... I guess it's fine.
6. If anyone wants to be staff... I'll just look around on the forums for what they say about you.
7. If, in the future, if any staff scam or anything... YOU SICK... BAD LISTER!

If you have a vouch/dis-vouch (still need a word for dis-vouch XD) for someone, type in:

1. Their IGN
2. Their Forum name
3. Good or bad?
4. What they did to deserve the fame (or infamy) of being either on the good or bad list
5. (optional) How much ce/money did they scam/trust you for?

I am hoping that #5 can start a kind of points system where people on the bad list can eventually get on the good list, and vice versa.
