Could it be possible to have a weekend of increased chance of bombhead masks when bribing Krogmo?

After playing countless matches for the shocking bombhead mask I have never even seen it.
Although I did see and win the frosty bombhead mask. My precious....

Anyways, I welcome any cool idea's for weekend events.
