You're asking way to much for each one, the set trades for ~1.75buds so max 20kce. Just letting you know since I have experience with trading Summer items.

Mate, i'm offering two ways to obtain items and price in CE and direct trade (stuff-on-stuff). If you like items, but do not like price for them in CE - maybe it's good reason to find Black Rose set cheaper then 60k CE? Maybe 40K? Maybe even 20k CE? That way your will help yourself and help me. But your will not do that, and reason is simple - profit. No reason in selling something for 40k CE for 20k CE. Very simple.
About refined and CE:
I do not think 500 CE for 1 refined is feir price.
1xTF2 Key cost $2.49
1xSK Key cost 750 CE, which cost $2.45, so
1xTF2 Key = 1xSK Key = 750 CE
1xTF2 Key cost (usually) 2.33 refineds or 7 reclimeds. So, 1 reclimed "cost" about 107 CE, and 3 of them (1 refined) "cost" 321 CE. That is "fair" price. Now we exclude 321 CE from your 500 CE and we will get 179 CE - that's profit (55%).
But there is one important thing. If your don't need that "crap", why your talk about price and how it's high? Why talk about what your do not need?

I usulally bought buds for 8 keys and bill's hat for 4 keys, then sell them for 10 and 5 respectively. That is my trading experience.

Buds sell for around 11 - 13
Buds sell for around 11 - 13 Keys right now, which in CE is around 10kce. Bills sell for 5 - 7 Keys as well.

1. Deleted Summer

1. Deleted Summer Shades from trade;
2. Added Noise Maker - Fireworks (so now it's full Limited Summer Set);
3. After today TF2 update all that items are tradeable now (so, they are "clean").
P.S. It's important bump.
I'm afraid I have some bad news :(
The summer shades were redeemed en masse during that period, so they're only worth about 500CE or so.
Each other piece is only worth about a Bill's hat (~6.5kCE) at best.
