VH CTR sealed have gone for between 18-20k CE in recent weeks, so a DA conservatively would go at least a few thousand above that (upgrade costs alone are what, 1300 CE?) . Maybe somewhere between 25kce on the low end to 30k CE on the high end. Give or take a few thousand.
Some might disagree, however I'm a bit of a believer that low balling is probably more likely than getting the full price when you are selling.
Also, the market seems to have cooled across the board over the last couple weeks, I'm going to just predict that general prices will continue to fall some more in the short run.
