CE is separate per character

CE is separate per character because its what OOO sells, each character needing energy means more potential business for OOO (even if it's bought via crowns). ME is only for getting started and not something meant to continue perpetually per character

also note that each account will also share energy unless you buy energy on one of those accounts that account will have a separate mist tank from the other account

Paid Account

If mist was completely separate for all knights, there'd be millions of dummy knights whose sole purpose is to spend their mist energy on crafting and buying upgrades to transfer to the main knight or sell to other players. This is also why separate free accounts played from the same computer share mist energy. Otherwise, anything tradeable would pretty much automatically cost 100 energy less, because it would always be bought on a free dummy account and transferred.

However (according to wiki), PAID accounts have separate mist energy. So if you really want to play two knights, you could buy the cheapest energy package for $2.49, and then create a separate (free) account that will have a separate mist pool. You can then trade off between them however you see fit, even if that's the only purchase you ever make.

That seems like a reasonably equitable middle ground to me.
