I've been playing the game glitch, and they also use an energy system which is MUCH different than the SK energy system.
You virtually have no limit on play time on Glitch because you can refill your energy by eating. I don't think we need anything close to what they use, but we could learn a bit from it that might help beginners and people who leave because they find mist doesn't refill fast enough.
1. Mist tanks are awarded when you get to the next tier, and that's an awesome idea. Reward people as they progress!
- Why not award achievement unlocks with mini mist tanks? There is a very limited amount of achievements, so it isn't a lot of mist, but it will seem that way to new players. That could leave them to be let down once it stops, but it's the starting point that people complain about the most.
2. Prize wheel! +10 mist, or the ability to get a mini mist tank would be AWESOME! Once again, this will be pretty amazing for beginners, but once you learn that that's only about 1000 crowns (which is still a lot) it isn't like it's game breaking. More like winning a gift card.
