I may be nitpicking (I am nitpicking, but let's not get hung up on semantics), but I would like to see some kind of "fold arms" emote, or otherwise, be able to have a generic "idle" emote where the character taps his/her foot or something. It seems really unnatural to me that the only way the knights can look at something is to stand deathly still, sit, or fall asleep.
Maybe they're just severely limited in motor skills, but I wouldn't know.

^ Apparently Rocky Cores have broken knights' teeth and Jelly Gems are delicious. There are also Blaze Peppers and Rock Salt, but yeah, we never have actually seen them eat anything in person.
