Make it so that topics can not be replied to in the Graveyard forum. It is supposed to be "Where dead threads go to rest in peace." so shouldn't any topics moved there be auto-locked by default?

Leave it unlocked as an autocheck to se if users actually read forum rules and pay attention to where they post.
