I'd say at LEAST 15kCE, maybe closer to 20kCE. Then again, that's not a market I watch, so that's more speculation and vague cognisance more than anything else.

On terms of rarity this sword
On terms of rarity this sword probably cant be bought :P, too expensive to make on purpose, you just got lucky.
On more practical terms, to me, its on par with ctr vh at the very least:
yours: needs one ctr "trinket" and two asi "trinkets" for ctr and asi max
versus a ctr vh da or asi vh da: which needs three "trinkets" as well.
ctr is more expensive on da but this sword is only for those that want both ctr and asi, as such as a seller I'd price it on the more expensive base pricing, ctr, since for those people which quality is higher has no use they'll max both. Then add at least a couple k for the fiend damage. Then add a bit more for the high asi instead of medium.
You can base the pricing off a vh asi da if you like, will be easier to sell :P

Ignoring the lacklustre defense, every offensive stats would be maxed at L10 wouldn't it?
I agree with Giannii that this is likely a one of a kind, and a great one at that.
Yet from a practical perspective though, I find ASI High hard to value on a sword. Granted that a Swiftstrike Buckler would Max the ASI, but it's not a shield I would be keen to use everywhere. Full Vog would "waste" an ASI point, yet half Vog would mean that you would not be able to get Max ASI without wasting a point on something else (e.g. since you'd need to use one trinket slot for a Quick Strike Module).
If taking into account the rarity of the UV, it would easily be worth over 35k in my opinion. But but personally, I wouldn't pay much higher than that of a CTR VHigh + Med vs Fiend (or a CTR Med + ASI Med + Med vs Fiend).
