I noticed when i charge my Haze type bomb i walk more slow... is really minimal the diference but still.. i remember haze bombs type dont affect walk speed =/

I also noticed that when I went charging my Venom Veiler from the gate party button to the arena's center party button and I drifted behind my team mates. Not by much, and you can still kite around the final wave while spamming that AoA (or the appropriate vaporizer anyway).
I noticed this previously. I was trying to set fire to the final phase of arena three, and greavers were catching up to me a lot easier than usual (with regular walking speed you can usually just stay ahead of them). Granted using a fiery atomizer against greavers isn't the brightest thing to do in the first place...
Thankfully it's nowhere near the speed nerf of charging a vortex bomb.
