Just keeping it simple.

I'd like a feature that will allow me to hide notifications, So that the beggars can no longer stop me in my tracks with an annoying pop-up. I'd like to run free please.

Would be very simple for OOO to make, because, you already made it. You have EXACTLY what I'm talking about in-game already, the notifications hide themselves whenever you're in a clockworks level, Just not in haven. Haven gets the pop up spam. So please make this feature able to use in haven aswell.
