While attempting a shadow run we instantly noticed a lag spike in the graphics that was experienced by all players during the run. We were set to kill anything and everything. My friend Nokturna had set up the means for the run and had made the choice to take me alone with two other players whom we're relieble both in game and connection wise. When we got on the first floor of the shadow gate constant lag spike killed us entirely we made it past the first arena style room where Snorblax chases you around and try to kill you, and made it to the second with two howitzers spawns; the lag would make us walk right into the spikes and attacks that would normally be avoidable. Nokturna has recording as evidence to back this up. We were set to take on the the shadow keep but to have the server mess up just as we were going into it would make it the responsibility of game managers. We would like to request our shadow key back.

This is something you should

This is something you should probably file an In-Game Support Request for. This sub-forum is largely answered by players and you're unlikey to get the response you are looking for here.

same thing for us

omg!. Same thing for us! We did our run yesterday. We all experienced really bad lag spikes. We barely made it pass the first depth and ended in the second. We were kind of forced to revive so many times because of the thought of wasting the shadow key. we would also like our key back or get another chance to run it without lag. It is really unfair. :(
