(not sure if this belongs here or in bug reports-someone move it if necessary)
I'm have full dusker that is at lv 10 heat, which should grant me +6 health above the original 5, however, when I'm in the clockworks or in the training hall, the stats change to only +1 per piece. Anyone know why?

Where were you in the
Where were you in the clockworks? If it was a lower tier, then your health being lower than what it really is, is actually normal.(Or at least, I think it's normal. It happens with my gear as well, and I know that higher level gear sorta gets a de-buff in lower tiers.)
And it happens in the Training Hall too, for everyone; so I would imagine its normal for there too.

Have you tried seeing the stats in a higher tier?

Yeah
When I first saw this happen to my 4* armors I filed several /bug reports before someone told me it was just armor scaling. They can probably do with some tooltips or a notice on the character panel when depth nerfing is in effect.

I don't know exactly how equipment scaling works, but that's what it sounds like to me.
