Now, to be more precise;
- the shadow key seller would be located at the Sanctuary
- the keys from him would bind on acquiring
- for him to even sell you the key you would be required to have T3 clearance, Golden Survivor (or Dauntless Dwelver) [ignore the redundant requirements]
- even then, he would sell you only one key per day (3 days? week?)
- seeing how much people were willing to pay and how much they cost currently the price range in my opinion should be 6000CE-9000CE

Yes, he has them, but only for few days, after it he won't have them. And my suggestion isn't means to get Shadow Keys whenever you want, think of it as a reward for completing a Shadow Lairs run, you get a jab everyday/3 days/week for a key for 6000-9000CE, not cheap, but still plausible to not gamble.

Gotta suck it up then; its supposed to be a reward for finishing the run. Can't finish one run, you shouldn't do another one.
You do know Boost has them on sale, right? And having to get to sanctuary to buy keys seems self defeating, and really only benefits frequent farmers.
