As you pointed out I sold those because I didn't need them at the time as I had a much cheaper substitute, however with the introduction of snarby armor set you need at least one low freeze UV in order to have immunity in PvP but in order to also have shock resistance also you need a (max+low, +high/max) or (high/max+low, +max) UV's. However I currently have a high+low coat and cannot find a max cap for sale, so I'm impatient in finding a max when high are more common but I think at this price I may have to pass unless the seller is willing to accept rose regalia as part of a bid.
