To get the page to work you

To get the page to work you need to make sure that all possible script blocking (browser settings and security suite software) is disabled. After that you'll likely need to cache refresh your browser on that page (usually ctrl+F5).

.....

you know, i use firefox, and i had tried in "new brand" internet explorer,

since i never use internet explorer it doesn't have any "script blocking" and it never had "old cache" or "old cookies"

Not true... newer browser

Not true... newer browser versions (even IE) is starting to tighten down its default settings. Since the form is 80% JS, at the very least you want to add it to the "trusted sites" zone in IE and any security software that might be trying to sanitize it.

And Dogrock never said to disable the firewall, just the script blocking functions.

Something clearly is, even if

Something clearly is, even if your not aware of it. What about proxys, advanced firewall/routers, campus/work web content filtering suites?

If it doesn't work in IE Trusted zones on a clean setup, then it HAS to be something external to the browser.
