In Spiral Knights, I've noticed that monsters are completely immune to spikes, flaming pits and all.
It is quite offending, since our metalic knights suffer greatly from these traps, and fleshy mobs resist them. It'd be great if monsters got damaged by traps. It would add a greater utility to Shield Bumping, and it would make kiting efficient.
I'm not the only one thinking about this, and I hope that it get implemented in one way or another.
no because it would make things too easy all you would need to do is shield bump. AI isnt smart you know...
at the end of the 3rd level of FSC there is a bridge before the elevator with a stretch of spike pads over it and slag walkers pop ups on the far side of where the players are. it wouldnt be fair if the slag walkers would simply walk die from the spike damage.
