I love Haven as it is, but I thought of a new idea to add on to Haven. While much of Cradle needs to be explored, a small section would be added.
---------------------------------------------------
CLOCKTOWER: This part would be added to the east side of Haven, almost like a hangout or sub-attraction, with some odd history behind it. The Clocktower would be known as an old, rugged, battle worn fortress that stayed for much of the time Strangers had existed. Against whom is unknown, but the Gremlins of the Crimson Order were said to have constructed it along with the Clockworks. The entire tower is cylindrical, but the design is a large spiral. Reasons for this are unknown, as well, yet the Strangers have noted that their ancestors had come from the ground of this tower, but they have no idea whether they were associated with the Gremlins or not. Snipes every evening fly to the top of the tower to sing a beautiful melody (events every Friday evening) that sounds nostalgic to the Strangers, yet to the Knights' ears, the snipes sound like they are chanting an old battle song that lost its true meaning over time. The Clock of the tower has been stopped since Strangers have noted. The hands warily point at 12:00, but no matter how long knights stay up, they only hear the end of the snipes' song at that time.
---------------------------------------------------
INSIDE: Real-world clocks have been put at the walls for players to see the current time at other places. The area is large, and a spiral staircase goes to the top of the tower. Ambient music plays (menu) and players could stand at the center to get a camera view upwards to see the open sky. Working gears appear to be rotating in vain. There is no foundation for this mysterious fortress, either. Like a mine shaft, only railings and bits of flooring restrict you from falling into what Warden states is the Heart of Cradle. The path starts counter-clockwise while when you go clock wise once you enter, the staircase goes down a while and appears to have broken, and then blocked off by Warden.
----------------------------------------------------
CEILING: Basically, it's a ring that the staircase leads to. The large center leads to the drop to the Heart of Cradle. A Stranger looks off into the distance. The Stranger, Veteren, only sighs when you speak to him, but may offer some crowns or energy if you're lucky during those Friday evenings. He stands as proud and old as the Clocktower does, seeming as lost and saddened as the Clock. Warden once fought him, he admitted, but Veteren only silenced Warden with his own sword.
----------------------------------------------------
QUEST: 12:00 sharp (only a minute) the snipes end their song and leave during Friday. You must be owning an Almirian Seal at the time and have taken care of Darkifire Vanaduke (if you don't and have already beaten Vanaduke, you cannot start the quest) Veteren talks to you. He is weak, almost as if he had gone through battle and lived just a second ago. He still struggles...
Veteren, "I dream...Within my dream..."

Suggestions for this please!
Haven Expansion: Clocktower
Animals tend to freak and flee if they sense an impending disaster, and is typically a major plot event in a lot of disaster movies. Seeing how Snipes are benign creatures in the game, anything changes involving them would not only be very deliberate, it would also be a sign that the devs are on the verge of unleashing a huge event on the players.
BTW the "I dream... Within my dream" part from Veteren refers to the first time someone completes a Shadow Lair, and gets the message in the Sanctuary. And I too have an urge to put Snipes and Strangers in this plot continuation...
How about the Gremlins? I have a few ideas of a plot with the Gremlins (Crimson Order), Snipes, and Strangers together along with this old tower. I want to see what others have to say about this though, as well as their suggestions. I would not want this thread to die vacant without any suggestions.
Like it alot, much like the cafe idea. i would be cool if some pieces of the Skylark were stuck in the tower.
It would make sense to have a clock tower, but the actual function seems slightly irrelevant.
So what to you suggest Orangeo? I wanted to continue a storyline from the first Shadow Lair here. What would be relevant? So far the function is actually an ingame clock :D Snipes, Gremlins, and Strangers anyone?
well i think adding rabid snarblox in too would be great he could be in some ones woods(we can think of a name later)that you can go in have to have beaten t3(this can be like a t4 thing) to do. seguestions on this would be great i can probably draw up scetches for things to if ideas are needed
I would draw up sketches myself, but you can go on ahead and show what you think! And clarify what you mean on the Snarbolax... As in make it a part of the story? How?
The Day they mess with Snipes, is the day a major plot twist occurs.......
