Its not that they're bad, its just that they're crappish. Nobody wants to pay 5k ce and up for "low" UV, it costs 2.5k ce to make a 5-star item and apply a random UV.
Just sell to shops, they pay 500 ce for each 5-star item (30k crowns).

Fang of Vog: CTR Low - entirely useless, you simply won't notice the difference between ctr low and ctr none. Damage bonus low - 3 points of damage. You can guess how useful it is. Especially when you do around 100.
Final Flourish CTR Low - read above.

Crown of the Fallen: Increase Normal Defense: High, Increase Shock Resistance: High. Ok, this one's good. But after introduction of shadow snarby sets I don't see anyone wanting it.

Wow you're willing to trade 2.5k ce items for 8k ce set. Any blue rose regalia piece costs more than a 4-star item.

Good luck. I wouldn't trade my snarby coat even for 3 of your 5-star items I mentioned earlier. Its a 16k ce cost versus 6k ce cost (5k ce to craft items, 1k ce to get FOV and apply some UVs).

Stuff is selling so my prices aren't too outlandish anymore. And as I said I will bargain happily on prices. I won't discuss how much I got, but I will say it's more then my asking price, but slightly lower then the Buyout price. So clearly I'm not too out of line.
