My suggestion is that you place a way of buying power on the phone with steam.
The case is that, I had my normal account and a cell phone could buy power from the page, but converted to steam my account and I realized that I can not do that any more, please could put some form of purchasing power on the phone with steam? is the only way I have to buy energy, I am not alone with this problem, if i have known that before had not turned my account to steam

The problem is with Steam that doesn't allow phone transfers. Go ask them.

As Juances said, this change would have to happen on the steam side of things.
In the mean time, some workarounds:
Create a new non-steam account, buy energy there, send it to your main. (giving up on bound bonus items, granted) This will also give you a crafting alt to ragecraft on mist or sell trinket/weapon slots.
Purchase a visa/mc/amex gift card in person (you can usually find them at gas stations, pharmacies, grocery stores etc) and use that to buy energy via "credit card".
