Repairable shadow keys?

I credit autofire for coming up with this, for the most part.
Anyway, the argument's I've run into concerning shadow keys is ussualy regarding if they should be permenant. I argued that they should be one time use, becuase we needed a paywall to prevent looping and crown inflamation. I was reading through some random fourm and saw a post that said they should be repairable, for a fairly high CE price. Seems like a good comprimise.

So how about;
Everyone needs a key to join.
Keys cost 400 CE (per person original key was 375).
Keys cost 100 CE to recharge after use.
...Seems fair?

nope,

i like the repair, but they need to be more, like 250ce, and the need everyone have one, nope, and probally increase the chance of getting one in a lockbocks, like from 5% to about 25%?

*sigh*

Looping has been fixed, it isn't a problem. As far as crown inflamation, I've never seen either one burn, or swell up. If the big word you were trying to use was "inflation", then that obviously isn't problem that needs to be solved with a paywall.

I figured that if you used one key to play all four gates, you pay 800 CR, fair enough. I'm not after logistics though, it's just the premise I'm trying to highlight. I'm prepared to have the prices brutaly changed from what I've written. Also, I wouldn't mind just increasing the lockboxes precent of getting keys, but I'd rather that they just put the keys at boost's market and left it at that.

I guess I shouldn't have used the word looping, my bad, oh well. Though I have most certianaly have seen them explode and shrink. I've bought CE at 2500 and seen it at 8k. It's probabaly harder for stuff like that to happen again due to the larger population, decreasing individual value, but the price can still flux. I'd like to see it go back to 5k give or take 200. When I aid looping, I was refering to people going through the first handful of stages then quitting. Shadow keys are made to only allow players who will actuualy go after the boss in. Not noobs who want to leech on and quit before the boss.

Eventually, new keys will be useless. I like the repair, but it should only last some uses.

Hmm. I like that idea too,

Hmm. I like that idea too, but implimenting recharging and limited reuse seems redundant. Though new keys wouldn't be useless, becuase there will always be new players. That being said, our noob supply seems low.
