I just have a simple suggestion that I want to request. I like the fact that there is a way for you to prevent getting spam mail from people who are attacking you in the case of harassment and such. However, when I ignore a person, I wish that I didn't have to see the person every time I go into the Haven or so. I do not know if this has ever happened to anyone, but I think it would be horrid if you go down into the Clockworks and you are in the same party with a person you have ignored. It has happened to me where I have gone down the clockworks and played with a player I previously ignored. So my request is real simple. The ignore feature should also add the capability that anyone you ignore will not be able to see you in the game. In other words, you do not exist to that person. I got this idea from Facebook, where if you block a person, that person cannot look you up, cannot message you, etc., so you basically do not exist to that person. It's like if you deleted your account. Well this is my request, hope you look into it.
Improve the Ignore feature
Well, what if you ignore some one and join a party he's in? All he would see is monsters getting mysteriously attacked on his screen (Massive Troll potential here)
You could just make so that you cannot enter any party he's in, but, what if your friend tries to invite you to a JK run and you can't accept because the person you ignored is the Party Leader? Would you politely ask him to go Solo so that you can enter the group?
And Desouler. Did you really just leave to Haven just because a person you didn't like was in it? And then you complained about it?
How about just sucking it up and just continuing on with them, or just going solo and setting your party to open so that you can, hopefully, get a party you actually like/don't hate?

Yes, of course. It was a party of two and he was the leader. So it would've been a hell of a trip.

Not exactly. I am complaining about that I got in the very same party after a re-join. I was expecting to be put in a different party.

I didn't want to play solo and I didn't want to become a party leader, because I am not a good party leader; so I avoid that. Also, since one of the last updates, setting your party to open will have no effect until you reach the next level. So, if I did what you suggested, I would have got all the things I didn't want: Playing with the annoying guy until we both have been killed by him or playing solo for a while and laters being a party leader.
You see, it was the right choice for me in this situation. Unfortunately the server didn't know about my wishes XD
Well then, seems as though you were in a Catch-22. And there's no remedy for that, well, other than just leaving and re-entering the Gate. Although that seems to have Catch-22'ed you as well. It seems as though that you just had a bad day.

Although back on track. What about the 1st portion of my origianal post? How would you go about rectifying that? I could condone blocking messages and mail from him. But what about if a friend of yours is talking to him and you're just like "WTH?"
See, Desouler knows what I mean.
@Ghret well about joining a party with someone you have ignored. Well what if you are sent solo if you so happen to join a party with such person? I have no problem going solo because most of the time I am doing guild runs and such so I can invite guild members or even other friends. Heck, I already join someones party and go solo so I can invite friends and guild members. But I can see how some people might have a problem with being sent solo. Also, party restrictions would have to be removed because it would be unfair for the player going solo if no people can join him/her.
I think instead of joining a party with someone you have ignored, the server should react like this party does not exist for you. So you'd get the dialog "Blah, no party found. Wanna start a new one? Yes - No" or if you disabled it, you automatically create a new one.
It would be nice, if one wouldn't be able to join parties of people one ignored.
Today I ignored someone really annoying, then left his party (we were only 2 persons in this party).
Went to the gate, clicked join and ended up in the same party.
Left it again.
Went to the gate, clicked join and ended up in the same party, except this time the guy was already dead (was to expect, because he was a suicider of some sorts).
I left it again.
Went to the gate, clicked join and the Screen faded, started to load, then it threw me out to Haven again (obviously it wanted to put me in the very same party again, but the only other member quit, so the party ceased to exist during loading).
Sum of what I lost:
600 crowns
30 energy
my pride
A workaround I will do from now on:
Ignore someone -> Go solo -> Return to Haven
AFAIK a party becomes locked when someone goes solo. That way I can't accidentally rejoin the same party ... I hope.
