When someoen post a thread on the wrong section, it gets moved. A notice appears on the original section so people can see that the topic was moved.
This is fine, but each time the thread gets bumped, so does said message.
General Discussion has plenty of moved threads.
I wouldn't mind seeing the placeholder stick around, but not get bumped.
