Personally I love my acheron.
Personally I love my acheron. All the shadow dmg, faster speed and a remotely useful charge attack without the curse nonsense.
You may not gt a GF for it, but you shouldn't sell it for less than cost + unbind. Unless you are desperate, just keep it posted.

Depending on how fast you'd
Depending on how fast you'd like to sell it, even without a UV, you shouldn't take less than it cost to make it.
To make an Acheron it takes 1450ce, 8900cr, and mats (not counting much for those)... so ~1600ce give or take a few...
If you want to toss in leveling, tack on another 100-200ce.
If you have the 4k ce to unbind it, charge 5.8k ce...
If you need the 4k ce to unbind (MUCH harder to find a buyer) go for straight up 5.45k-5.6k ce.
If you aren't in a hurry, and have 4k ce to unbind it, I'd suggest 6.0k ce (AH-ish cost) and just keep posting.
Your current b/o is 4kce + 300k cr (or ~8.8k ce)... that is a little steep for any vanilla 5*
