Have you tried enabling
Have you tried enabling Compatibility Mode under Options -> Edit Advanced? That should enable some more reliable performace on an older intergrated graphics solution like yours. If that doesn't work please try posting the projectx.log and we'll see where to move on from there. (you accidentally posted launcher.log instead :P).

I'm definitely seeing warings
I'm definitely seeing warings related to some models and OpenGL. Definately make sure your Graphics Quality is set to Low and that you've enabled Compatibiliy Mode. If it's at all possible to get updated drivers for your graphics card please try to do so. Here's links to the most up to date possible drivers: 32-bit Windows / 64-bit Windows
Could you please post your projectx.log (from the game's installation directory) and tell us what your graphics card is? This will help in troubleshooting your problem.
