These might be slightly interesting to certain people who don't have better UVs or money to buy them for, but don't get your hopes up. I'd say 1.5-2k ce for each. Personally I always carry around VH-MAX damage bonus on my armor/shield combo (it does help) so have no need for damage bonus vs enemy, and thus my estimates might be wrong.
