Okay... I keep having ideas, so instead of creating multiple threads... let's try this out.

Problem:

I've got a lot of bound junk that I never use or want to waste CE on to get rid of it.... but I like an orderly inventory.

Solution: Bazaar Gremlins should have an option to destroy an item and return a percentage of it's manufacturing CE to the player.... zero star junk is just destroyed.

You know you can sell stuff the vendors?
you can sell armors to armor vendor / weapons to weapon vendor.

Not applicable and another idea.

Putting "The" in front of my name doesn't work. My alias is a name and not a title, but you can use Ozz for short.

Problem:

The current UV system simply bugs me...

Solution:

Similar to the Final Fantasy 7 mod system with materia.

UV crystals and up to 3 UV slots on items. 3 Star gets 1 slot, 4 Star 2, and 5 Star gets a third special slot. The first two are for bonus toward a monster class or element.... the last slot is for a characteristic mod. ASI, CTR, bonus damage or health.

The crystals give bonuses in compliance with the system already in place... low, medium, high, and so forth. Higher levels naturally should be increasingly harder to find.

When you get a crystal you take it to the Gremlin Blacksmiths which charge you CE to install it based upon slot type....... Once installed it CAN NOT be removed from the item, this is jewel installation and metal were talking about here after all. I suggest making the UV crystals a tier based monster drop like a rare mat or... *sigh* in a lockbox, although I really don't like that... forget I said it.

It would empower the player and brings the joy of putting thought into the item, making an item customized to playing style and needs. (Plus the crystals would look nice embedded into the items.) UV items in auction will stop being so random or illogical... Why would a nightblade need bonus toward slime? or Piercing have bonus toward beast or fiend?
