If you have a friend in the Crash Site, maybe try joining them? I'm not sure if it'll work, but it's the only way you can, probably.

Unfortunately, you can't. Once you're in Haven, you're there for life (well, you can go to other places too, but ultimately you end up back in Haven).
If you head North, you'll reach the Arcade. You can find gates to journey into, much like the levels you went through to get to Haven.
