Those weapons that may seem OMGWTFBBQSAUCETHISISEPIC to you, but everybody else agrees that they're not viable in the end-game.
Examples - Troika line, Status Flourishes, even the Wild Hunting Blade
I don't know anything other than swords, but I do think that people say the Big Angry Bomb is bad, and the Deconstructor is just terrible.
I think there have been threads for most of them and a lot of suggestions like p.E.:
- Builtin dmg bonus against certain mobs almost always suck and should be replaced with higher overall dmg.
- Bigger range for troika
- Wild hunting blade could need better designed "shadow wolves" (p.E. slower ones that "defend" you during your next strike) or simply more dmg
- Have status swords & status guns inflict status (on last combo hit) more often or even all the time (not only status flourishes are underused; brandish & alchemer too)
- Iron slug (+ maybe even magnus) need better / more reliable "mob flinching" and maybe slightly more dmg
- Catalysers could use a change that makes them less "awkward". Like keep the "spheres" from just disappearing on certain occasions and maybe make them slightly more potent radius-wise with smaller knockback. Or maybe a small DOT for "infected" mobs.
- Status Bombs etc: Poison needs longer duration on mobs. So does Stun (also stun animation is broken and dangerous!). Both is usually rather useless compared to other status effects.
- Shard bombs need 5*, salt bomb needs its charge time / fuse repaired, both might need more effective damage types in addition.
- Big Angry Bomb should have two explosions (p.E. one like it is now + another weaker one with nitro radius shortly after)
- Heavy Deconstructor: Should be made at least 50% elemental dmg and needs a 5* version.
- Irontech Destroyer should be... removed from the game and everyone who built one should receive a handwritten apology letter
