Mmkay, an increase in charge speed is all fine and dandy for a lot of weapons that have useful charge attacks, like bombs, brandishes and alchemers.
However, do you really plan on using that charge attack with you BTB? Wouldn't using a Venom Striker's charge attack leave you near death most likely?
How far would you get spamming Callahan charge attacks? I think a few weapons would prefer a boost in speed, or a boost in damage for getting to levels 5 and 10. Just saying.
Changing the Level-up bonuses for certain weapons.

Might be nifty if you could pick a "heat tree" for your weapon. Like when it hits lvl5 and 10 you get to pick what bonus you get.

To be honest, yes i do. Perfect for trojans right in front of you.
I have to agree with that. I have some weapons that have never used their charges and boosting some other things would add some variety as well,
all in all it's a good idea.
