Just recently, I had thrown a Stun Vial at a Mendor. When it hit, he yelled out "Stay Close!" & Swung his wand at me. I tried it again & got the Same result. Didn't they make them not attack us or is this a bug?
Stunning Mendors causes them to Attack?

I sometimes see them do that
I sometimes see them do that seizure thing. Like a mendor running in one direction swinging his wand periodically. Majority of the time there's no one in his way. It's just a random pop.
He was gonna heal....
