I finished downloading and installing the game but after i restarted my computer the game is installing again and this time taking a longer time to do so. happens every time i turn my computer off. whats up?

Like do you have a 'Reboot and Restore' program or something that forbids making changes to the computer, like Deep Freeze?
Or is the game installed on a temp folder that gets autodeleted?
