I'm looking to buy refined or other items for CE. I have about 2k CE sitting around, and 4.8k CE in crowns. I'm looking to buy TF2 items, preferably either large quantities of Refined, Keys, or a Bill's Hat. I'll look at other offers too.

well i have enough to craft 2 refinds but that means i have to craft 3 originals into scrap (and some other weapons i could sell for a scrap minimum)
