For an example, I can't pay by my mobile phone from my country (Serbia), and I would buy 20k CE.
Please allow Amazon.Com ayments and AlertPay payments, I have tons of dollars on AlertPay but it is too risky to transfer them on PayPal and PayPal is not available to create here.

Thing is, every new payment mode implies a cost for Three Rings. If only a couple people use the new mode, the company will lose money instead of earning it. On a different topic, why do you say that it is unsafe to transfer money from alertpay to paypal? If you have a trustable friend with a paypal account you could easily transfer him the money from alertpay and he would give you the ce in the game.
Well, I am 14 years old and nobody I know uses PayPal and have more then $50 on it.
If you don't have a friend who uses paypal and you use an online service to transfer the money, you can easily get scammed.

They earned alot cash,theyre making CE System,but without good paying system.
Most payment systems charge a merchant fee for every transaction (flat fee + %), and some may even charge a service fee for access to the system. Having a wider variety of payment methods helps with purchasing, but it also increases risk, technical issues, costs, and the periodic security breach... and thats among the more creditable systems.
But you mention amazon payment. Considering the game is on the EC2 cloud already, it may not a be a stretch to add merchant services to the account.
If you can, offer people to buy Steam games (buy as a gift and it becomes trade-able). Some will agree to pay with CE for games, though you might receive less than you would if you purchased directly from OOO. Just don't buy games before you find someone who's ready to pay your desired amount in CE.
I use Paypal myself. I'd also be willing to let you use team viewer to see my screen so you may purchase them. If this sounds like a plan, let me know. I'm not the type of person whom likes to screw others over.
