Some players like Greivos start multiple inane threads, and the game would be so much better if we had an ignore option for players like that.

Make inanity and misrepresentation a bannable offense

Some players title their thread in a completely misleading way to "punk" players. Please make this wasting of our time a bannable offense.

You already have a way of

You already have a way of ignoring threads started by certain players. It's called "your eyes." Similarly, you have a method of determining whether a thread is true to its title or not. It is also called "your eyes." I refuse to believe that your time is so precious that you seethe at the thought of misspending ten seconds reading a thread before working out if it merits your attention (cf: you play an MMO).

And, alas, this is a discussion forum, not your secret clubhouse. You don't get to decide who comments on your ideas; this would immediately lead to thin-skinned posters ignore-listing everyone who disagreed with them.

Of course if this stunningly foolish feature does make an appearance - for example, if Three Rings' web devs all went mad - you'd be the first on my list, so it's got that going for it as an idea.
