In the guild hall, you could pick 5 people from the guild. From those people, when the members log on, they can vote on who they like the best.

When the person with the most votes get some sort of prize, he/she cannot be voted for for.. I don't know, maybe a month or something.

That way it won't be the same person every time.

I always liked contests. This would be a fun activity the guild could do.

Oh and of course it would reset every day.
