Story:
Cradle's Comet, a large mass or radioactive Energy and Minerals, enters Cradle's proximity. The large gravitational pull from the comet has the power to rotate Cradle by its axis, causing Haven to face away from the sun (or suns).
But this doesn't mean that nothing can go wrong. Top Gremlin Scientists have tested the affects of the minerals... on their fellow friends...
Haven:
Haven would now be night time. Candles are scattered around for lighting. Arcade and ATH are unaffected.
New Level: Cradle Craters
I guess I forgot to tell you that pieces of the Comet have come off and crashed into the Cradle plains.
The layout is like the Crash Site level, except comet bits are scattered around. Getting near these will cause you shadow damage. It is also night time.
Monsters:
Some monsters are effected by the high radioactivity in the area. This Gives them more power, but less health. These monsters can drop special tokens, with can be traded for special costumes (which last for a limited time). Levels with radioactivity remarked with a blue border in the gate map.
Your visibility level is limited in these levels.
Levels that are at night:
Haven
Aura Isles
Jigsaw Valley
Clockwork Tunnels
Scarlet Fortress
It DOES NOT effect the tutorial level
After the weekend, the rotation of Cradle is 360 degrees, and the rotation stops.
Vote: how often do you want this event to happen? There's been some opinions andy can't decide DX
Sounds pretty nice actually, but how will this affect new comers when they find out their tutorial level has powerful enemies? Besides little blips and blops, I think it's so far pretty cool. Any idea how it could have some back story? Any Gremlin activity caused by this? Aesthetics aside, it's nice, unless someone objects...
