Yeah eventually who knows. Not many people are this passionate for a browser/java game that's barely officially been out for less than a year to start selling merchandise to a small player base who more than half of them do not know that these forums even exist.
ON TOPIC: You can make your own sure but unless the company gives you a license to merch their stuff you can't and of course you know that. If you want to sell them to the players than get a partnership with OOOs, get a license and a share of more than half of the profits goes to them, and there is your happily ever after day. Of course you'll be supplying the shipment fees, handleling the orders, and this is all by the internet in the small business of your home. I hope you don't have a job then. I'd think that if you make a hoodie for yourself, it'd be fine (you can call it cosplay or something), but I'm pretty sure if you try to sell it, OOO won't be happy with that.
its ok if its for you like Myllakka says but they (Three Rings or SEGA) wont be happy if you try to sell them on ebay or any other website.... they will hunt you down and make your life more miserable than it is at the moment but with out the LAG.... they will sued you for every item you sold or made under there copy rite.... just make one for you as cosplay!

Not Jim Dale should make the hoodie, present it to Three Rings/Sega and make a marketing deal for production of copies. Then selling is in control of the mother company and not Not Jim Dale's problem.
Jim Dale will not buy one.
If you are making money out of it you'll get into legal troubles, try contacting OOO beforehand to avoid such problems.
I'm pretty sure OOO is gonna try and make their own marketing (but what do I know) ;)
