I am a beta tester and i have been playing SK since. A while back when i put my account on steam my game worked fine then every time there is an update
it opens like it would update saying resolving downloads... patching then it says an error about connection reset or something. I have searched this up and people said it may be because it crashes due to to many people trying to update the game. It happens every time and its been 5 days since the last patch.
I tried re downloading SK and java i tried rebooting my router and i went on an admin account to use steam. I even re installed steam and yet nothing worked. For some reason it ended up working eventually the next day but it has been 5 days and i have tried everything has anyone encountered this problem? I really want to play SK pls help me

That was my previous post. I tried allowing spiralknights on my firewall settings. Now when i try to update it says
downloading control files..............
The application has failed to launch due to the following error connection reset

I would like to know how it has changed and how i can fix this.
P.S i was told to open the launcher log for more detail. How do i do that?
If you go into the SK install location, theres a launcher.log file. For Steam its C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\spiral knights, unless you changed the installation location.
