Whenever I want to play on Steam and on the site, it says 100% launching, a black screen pops up for 5 seconds and then I'm out of the game?
I have a Nvidia graphics card GT9800
I did
-Reinstall everything
-Update drivers
-Update Java
-Reinstall Steam
-Restart computer

How do you run the standalone client?
I try to run it from site, install it from site to my computer and from steam.
Nothing works.
It says something about a crash in a windows native library (ntdll.dll). I'm pretty sure reinstalling Windows would solve this, or maybe you can wait for an expert (like Starlinvf) to come and look at this.
I'll wait for an expert. I'm not going to reinstall Windows just for a game.
Expert? Does anyone from the support staff ever check these forums? I haven't seen even a hint of them yet, and nobody seems to be able to connect.
Does it work when you try to play the game directly through steam?
The reason I ask is because Spiral Knights works great for me when I open steam and play through that. But if I try to load the game from the website, it doesn't work.
Are you running windows 7 by any chance?

Windows XP 32 bit.
Had this issue when I flipped over to steam to craft on my alt, made both reg & steam versions un-launchable.
Disabled ATI Catalyst AI option seemed to unlock both accounts.

I have also, a java console report. If anyone wants to help out, it would be very helpful. Solving Captainepic's problem will most likely resolve mine.

If AI means antialiasing then yes.
If AI means artificial intelligence then no.

The projectx.log doesn't contain much information, is there another log in your folder with a name like hs_errPID###.log? If so, upload the most recent one. Also, did you try running the standalone client?
