Just wanna know if anyone here has all gear available in this game? So far I have 1 of everything from 0 to 3 stars and I just started collecting 4* recipes already. Once I'm done leveling all my 3* stuff I'm gonna start crafting 4* and so on. Anyone else here doing the same? If yeah where are you on your quest? Farther ahead or behind? Or did someone finish all gear already?

My extreme long-term goal is one of everything (except accessories), but I'm just getting 5* items one by one instead of working from the ground up. I think the hardest thing will be getting all the bombhead masks.

yeah, i know what u mean,

yeah, i know what u mean, thou i calculated if i get 1 krogmo/match i need close to 1500 matches to get all i need :P and thats worst case scenario... once I'm T3 ill use my 5x krogmo boosters which i think will greatly reduce the coins i need lol, since I already have all 3* recipes and some 4* from sullivan.

The ones you buy from Krogmo aren't the problem, the problem is there's like 11 different bombhead masks that you can only get rarely from bribing before a lockdown or blast network game. http://wiki.spiralknights.com/Bombhead_Mask

exponential growth of cost

I've heard of other people doing this before, yes. But I've never seen it myself.

At the risk of being a downer, let me point out that more than 3/4 of the cost of making a 5-star item comes after the 3-star level. So if you have all the 3-star items, you're less than 1/4 of the way there. It's going to take a while. Anyway, enjoy it. :)

lol im already farmed

lol im already farmed enough... :P and i've been lucky enough to win 2 of those bombhead masks. Plus the amount of time i have to play sk is perfect since it allows me to refill 100 mist energy while lvlin up my gear and getting cr also...so is like every craft i make is -100 ce and till now im makin ce faster than i can spend it crafting, im up to 24K ce, 171 recipes from which 159 crafted and being lvld.

24,000 CE is a good start

If we consider a "practically complete" gear set to be three swords, three guns, three bombs, three shields, three sworder suits/helmets, two gunner suits/helmets, and one bomber suit/helmet, then we're talking about 24 items. And I'm ignoring trinkets; if you want those, then add them on.

24,000 CE is enough to upgrade 20 items from 3-star to 5-star (ignoring ME). So 24,000 CE will get you most of the way to a "practically complete" gear set. But then there is a whole lot of other gear, that offers no additional practical value, but which you'll have to acquire just for completeness.

Heat...

Don't forget heat...

You need lvl5 for 3* -> 4* and lvl10 for 4* -> 5*

same ol' same ol'

I have almost everything upgraded to 4* (excluding the stuff you get from playing lockdown) other than that I have plenty of stuff 4* and 5* now.
